JOB DESCRIPTION:
AM Payroll will especially accountable for processing Payroll, Employee Terminal Benefits, EOBI, Employee Taxation, Accounting and Reporting of worker benefits, Compliance of prevailing Laws and insurance policies and making sure controls over all transactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, region and overview advantageous controls in location of work
Manage administration and upkeep of structures (Payroll Management System and H2H)
Ensure one hundred percent Bank Reconciliation of repayments made
Provide custom-made Reports and evaluation to administration and stake holders for higher selection making
Plan, coordinate and control structures and strategies automation and upgrades to attain operational excellence
Initiate high quality operational and administration reporting
Ensure accuracy of deductions of Employee Tax, EOBI, Provident Funds and different heads in payroll and terminal advantage calculations
Ensure correct and well timed processing of Employee repayments of payroll and Terminal benefits
Ensure a hundred percent Compliance with prevailing policies, strategies and legal guidelines of Employee remuneration and taxation
Ensure Compliance of policies, tactics and statutory legal guidelines associated to location of work
Ensure Accounting Quality Assurance
Coordinate with Concerned Department, Units, consultants, and Auditors
Ensure correct accounting and reporting of areas associated to Payroll unit
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong interpersonal – capability to work and have an impact on in multicultural environment
Detailed understanding of Accounting standards, guidelines and regulations, relevant statutory legal guidelines and high-quality practices prevailing in market
High Level of integrity
Flexible and adaptable to alternate in accordance to enterprise requirements
Must have gorgeous expertise of MS office, ERP and accounting software
Excellent analysis, presentation and conversation capabilities – Must be capable to speak on all degrees of organization
High-level of power and self-motivation, with sturdy capacity to pressure team
Goal oriented with center of attention on deliverables in difficult environment
Creative, Out of container questioning and Champion of change
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
ACCA, ACMA, CA Finalist, MBA Finance
Certifications: (not mandatory/good to have)
In depth understanding of working in payroll characteristic of a multinational organization.
